摘要
为分析新生儿行肠造瘘术后营养状态变化及其危险影响因素,收集156例新生儿行肠造瘘术患儿的病历资料。采用年龄别体重Z评分(WAZ)评估患儿术后营养状态,采用Logistic回归分析其术后营养不良的危险因素。结果显示,患儿进行肠造瘘术后发生营养不良60例(38.46%),营养正常96例(61.54%)。单因素结果显示,男性、早产、低出生体重、空回肠闭锁、双腔造口、高流量腹泻为术后营养不良的影响因素(P<0.05)。经多因素Logistic回归分析,低出生体重、空回肠闭锁及高流量腹泻是造成患儿肠造瘘术后营养不良的危险因素(P<0.05)。结果表明,新生儿行肠造瘘术后易发生营养不良,低出生体重、空回肠闭锁及高流量腹泻为其危险因素。
This study was to analyse the nutriture changes of the newborn underwent enterostomy,and the factors influencing the chages,collected the recorded data of 156newborn underwent enterostomy,by using WAZ evaluated their postoperative nutriture,and by using logistic regression analysis analysed relevant risk factors.As results,60cases suffered from inanition(38.46%),96cases were normotrophic(61.54%);univariate analysis results showed male,premature birth,low birth body weight,jejunoileal imperforation,double-cavity stomy,and high flux diarrhea were the factors influencing postoperative inanition(P<0.05);multivariate logistic analysis results showed low birth body weight,jejunoileal imperforation and high-flux diarrhea were the risk factors influencing postoperative inanition(P<0.05).Results show that low birth body weight,jejunoileal imperforation and high flux diarrhea are the risk factors influencing the nutriture of the newborn underwent enterostomy.
