乳果糖口服液治疗产后便秘88例疗效观察

Lactulose Oral Liquid in the Treatment of Postpartum Constipation:Effect Observation on 88 Cases

为观察乳果糖口服液治疗产后便秘的疗效,将176例产后便秘患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组88例。对照组患者采用小麦纤维素颗粒治疗,观察组患者采用乳果糖口服液治疗,观察2组患者的疗效、治疗前后的排便情况、治疗过程中出现的不良反应以及患者对治疗的依从性。结果显示,治疗后2组患者疗效相当(P>0.05);2组患者治疗前、治疗第1周排便次数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗第2周以及停药后第1周,观察组患者的排便次数多于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相较于对照组,观察组患者的依从性更高(P<0.05)。结果表明,对产后便秘患者采用乳果糖口服液治疗疗效显著,可明显改善患者的便秘症状,且安全性较高,从而提高了患者对治疗的依从性,具有较高的临床推广价值。

This study was to observe the effect of postpartum constipation(PC)treated with lactulose oral liquid,randomly divided 176PC patients into control group(88cases,treated with wheat cellulose pellet)and observation group(88cases,with lactulose oral liquid);then,observed both groups'effect,defecation situation before and after treatment,the unward reaction during treatment,and patients'compliance to treatment.As results,after treatment both treatment's effects were about equal(P>0.05);in the defecation frequency before treatment,and at first week after treatment there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);but,at 2nd week,and at first week after withdraw the frequency of observation group was more than that of control group(P<0.05);in unward reaction incidence there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);in the patients'compliance to treatment observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Results show that for PC patients,lactulose oral liquid has significant effect,can significantly improve constipation symptoms,as with high safety,therefore just enhance patients'compliance to treatment,thus has higher clinical popularization value.
