早期肠内营养支持护理在直肠癌切除术后患者的效果观察

摘要 为观察早期肠内营养支持护理在直肠癌切除术后患者的效果,将132例直肠癌切除术后患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组66例。对照组患者实施常规护理干预,观察组患者实施早期肠内营养支持护理干预,观察2组患者营养状态及术后并发症发生情况。结果显示,观察组患者体质量指数(BMI)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、上臂肌围(AMC)以及血红蛋白(HGB)明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,对直肠癌切除患者术后实施早期肠内营养支持护理干预,可明显改善患者营养状态指标,降低术后并发症的发生率。 To observe the effect of early enteral nutrition support nursing on patients after resection of rectal cancer,132patients with rectal cancer after resection were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 66cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,and the patients in the observation group received early enteral nutrition support nursing intervention.The nutritional status and postoperative complications of the two groups were observed.As results,the body mass index(BMI),serum albumin(ALB),upper arm muscle circumference(AMC)and hemoglobin(HGB)in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The results show that early enteral nutrition support nursing intervention for patients after resection of rectal cancer could significantly improve the nutritional status indexes and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
