健康中国背景下高校医学专业创新创业教育的对策研究

On Countermeasures of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education of Medical Specialty in Higher Colleges under the Background of Healthy China

健康中国背景下,注重医学生的创新创业教育既是医学教育发展的必然趋势,又是卫生健康行业创新驱动发展的客观要求。文章以医学专业创新创业教育改革为突破口,提出创新教育教学模式改革、医学专业创新创业师资团队的建设、医学专业创新创业实践平台建设落地落实的思路,为医学专业创新创业教育质量的提升提供了借鉴和路径选择。

Under the background of healthy China,paying attention to the innovation and entrepreneurship education of medical students is not only the inevitable trend of the development of medical education,but also the objective requirement of the innovation driven development of health industry.Taking the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform of medical specialty as the breakthrough point,this paper puts forward the ideas of innovation education teaching mode,promoting the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching team of medical specialty,and implementing the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform of medical specialty,so as to provide reference and path selection for the improvement of the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education of medical specialty.
