摘要
廉洁从教已成为新时代高校教师的主流,但个别教师在不同程度上存在"微腐败"现象。只要正确认识高校教师中存在的"微腐败"现象的五种主要形态,从思想、社会、心理和体制四个方面分析其产生原因,构建起"监督问责、制度建设、思想教育、激励机制"四位一体的长效机制,高校教师中的"微腐败"问题就能逐步得到有效根治。
Integrity teaching has become the mainstream of teachers in higher colleges in the new era, but individual teachers have "micro-corruption" in varying degrees. As long as we correctly understand the five main forms of "micro-corruption" among college teachers, analyze its causes from the four aspects of ideology, society, psychology, and system, and establish a long-term mechanism of "supervision and accountability, system construction, ideological education and incentive mechanism", the problem of "micro-corruption" among college teachers can gradually be effectively cured.
