高职医学教育实施学分制出现的问题分析及对策探讨研究

摘要 学分制教育模式在高职医学中的运用,不仅满足了当下经济社会发展对人才的需求,而且在促进人才全方面发展、提升人才综合素养方面也发挥了积极的作用。本文从高职医学教学学分制实施的现状出发,提出了当下学分制教育出现的问题与对策,希望对进一步完善学分制教育、促进经济社会与人才的双重发展有所帮助。 The application of credit system education mode in higher vocational medicine not only meets the needs of the current economic and social development for talents, but also plays a positive role in promoting the all-round development of talents and improving the comprehensive quality of talents. Starting from the current situation of the implementation of credit system in higher vocational medical teaching, this paper puts forward the problems and countermeasures of the current credit system education, hoping that it is helpful to further improve the credit system education and promote the dual development of the economic society and the talents.
