By taking the ideological and political education strategy of higher vocational colleges under the background of diversified student sources as the starting point,summarize the advantages of innovative ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges under the background of diversified graduate sources,and analyze the comprehensive literacy of students in higher vocational colleges under the background of diversified student sources.In terms of characteristics and deficiencies in ideological and political education,we propose innovative strategies for ideological and political education to realize the innovative development of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.
