摘要
伴随着我国体育事业和教育事业快速发展,近年来在高校教育领域中愈加重视体育教学对学生综合素质培养重要性,并将体育教育作为学生核心素养培养重要工作内容,但在实际开展相关教育工作中,受一定限制因素影响,导致教师体育教学设计中,对体育教学工作开展效果不理想。基于此,本文围绕以核心素养为切入点,分析当前高校体育教师教学行为状况,以及教师教学行为相关影响因素,并提出优化体育教师教学行为有效策略,旨在为研究人员提供借鉴。
With the rapid development of sports and education in our country, in recent years, in the field of college education, more and more attention has been paid to the importance of physical education to the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality. And physical education has been regarded as an important content of the core literacy training of students. But in actual development, in the education work, due to the influence of certain limiting factors, the teacher’s physical education teaching design is not ideal for the development of physical education work. Based on this, this article focuses on the core literacy as the starting point, analyzes the current situation of college physical education teachers’ teaching behavior, and the related factors influencing teachers’ teaching behavior, and proposes effective strategies for optimizing the teaching behavior of physical education teachers, aiming to provide researchers with reference.
