基于CIPP-DEA的高校辅导员思想政治教育能效评价实证研究

我们党历来重视高校思想政治工作,习近平总书记明确指出,思想政治工作是学校各项工作的生命线。本文针对高校思想政治教育投入-产出评价仍然存在较大空白的研究方向,以高校辅导员为研究对象,从教育学、管理学及运筹学多角度出发,在坚持改良评价理念的前提下,探索基于CIPP-DEA的高校辅导员思想政治能效评价模型。最后,以新疆高校辅导员思想政治教育为例,对新疆高校辅导员思想政治教育进行能效分析,探索发现新疆高校辅导员思想政治教育过程中存在的问题,为新疆高校辅导员思想政治教育改善和提升提供方向,同时为高校辅导员思想政治教育能效评价提供可参考的理论价值及实践经验。

Our Party has always attached great importance to ideological and political work in colleges and universities.General Secretary Xi Jinping has clearly pointed out that ideological and political work is the lifeline of the school's work.In view of the research status of input-output evaluation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,this paper takes college counselors as the research object,from the perspectives of pedagogy,management and operations research,and on the premise of sticking to the improved evaluation concept,explores the evaluation model of ideological and political energy efficiency of college counselors based on CIPP-DEA.Finally,taking the ideological and political education of college counselors in Xinjiang as an example,this paper analyzes the energy efficiency of ideological and political education of college counselors in Xinjiang,explores and discovers the problems existing in the process of ideological and political education of college counselors in Xinjiang,and provides direction for the improvement and promotion of ideological and political education of college counselors in Xinjiang.At the same time,it provides theoretical value and practical experience for the evaluation of energy efficiency of ideological and political education for college counselors.
