基于高效液相色谱法的化妆品化学防晒剂的性能测定 被引量:1

摘要 为了精准检测各类化妆品中的化学防晒剂成分是否超标,提出了基于高效液相色谱法的化妆品化学防晒剂的性能测定。以甲醇、四氢呋喃、超纯水制成混合液,利用混合液与四氢呋喃提取防晒剂标准品样品,制备相对应浓度的标准工作液;以混合液提取各类防晒化妆品样品,并与工作液混合制备加标样品;采用高效液相色谱仪、全自动超声波清洗器等仪器,以甲醇、四氢呋喃与高氯酸水混合溶液为流动相,在流速、柱温与检测波长分别为1.0 mL/min、40℃和311 nm的条件下测定样品。结果显示,测定的防晒剂谱峰分离效果较好,在相同浓度范围内具有较好的线性关系,相关系数高于0.9996,与加标回收率偏差值均小于5%,检出限范围在0.9~1.4μg,显著优于对比方法。说明所提测定方法准确可靠,适用于化妆品化学防晒剂性能测定。 In order to accurately detect whether the chemical sunscreen ingredients in various cosmetics exceed the standard,the performance measurement of cosmetic chemical sunscreens based on high performance liquid chromatography is proposed.Use methanol,tetrahydrofuran,and ultrapure water to make a mixed solution.Use the mixed solution and tetrahydrofuran to extract standard sunscreen samples to prepare a standard working solution of the corresponding concentration;extract various sunscreen cosmetic samples from the mixed solution and mix with the working solution to prepare spiked sample;using high performance liquid chromatography,automatic ultrasonic cleaner and other instruments,using a mixed solution of methanol,tetrahydrofuran and perchloric acid water as the mobile phase,the flow rate,column temperature and detection wavelength are 1.0 mL/min,40℃ and 311 nm.The results show that the measured sunscreen has a good peak separation effect and a good linear relationship within the same concentration range.The correlation coefficient and the spike recovery rate are both higher than 0.9996 and 87%,and the detection limit ranges from 0.9μg to 1.4μg.Among them,it is significantly better than the comparison method.It shows that the proposed method is accurate and reliable,and is suitable for the performance determination of cosmetic chemical sunscreen agents.
