摘要 菠菜种子萌发可受到不同条件的影响,获得最优的萌发条件可在农业生产上节约时间成本,提高产量。研究不同温度、光照、赤霉素浓度、6-苄氨基腺嘌呤浓度浸种处理菠菜有刺种和无刺种,以发芽率确定最适发芽条件。结果表明,有刺种菠菜最佳浸种温度为20℃,光照条件更利于其萌发,最佳GA浸种浓度为200 mg/L,最佳6-BA浸种浓度为70 mg/L;无刺种菠菜最佳浸种温度为20℃,全光照条件更利于其萌发,其最佳GA浸种浓度为100 mg/L,最佳6-BA浸种浓度为80 mg/L。本研究为提高菠菜产量、菠菜种子萌发基础研究提供实验基础和理论依据。 The germination of spinach seeds can be affected by different conditions.Obtaining the optimal germination conditions can save time and cost in agricultural production and increase yield.This article studies different temperatures,light,gibberellin concentration,6-benzylamino adenine concentrations were used to soak spinach seeds with and without thorns,and the optimum germination conditions were determined by the germination rate.The results showed that the best soaking temperature for spinach with spinach is 20℃,and the light conditions are more conducive to its germination.The best concentration of GA for soaking is 200 mg/L,and the best concentration of 6-BA is 70 mg/L;for spinach without spinach The best seed soaking temperature is 20℃,and full light conditions are more conducive to its germination.The best GA seed soaking concentration is 100 mg/L,and the best 6-BA seed soaking concentration is 80 mg/L.This research provides experimental and theoretical basis for the basic research on increasing spinach yield and spinach seed germination.
