RLC负载结构及参数检测装置的设计

摘要 设计了一款RLC负载结构与参数检测装置,该装置由直接数字频率合成器模块、电感测量模块、电容测量模块、短路测试模块和STM32系列处理器组成,实现了电容量、电感量、电阻值、短路点的自动测量。RLC网络结构的识别率高,能通过LCD屏实时显示测量结果。样机实例测试结果表明,该装置整体检测速度快,测量误差5%以内,灵敏度高,在电子产品的部分性能测试有较高的实用价值。 This paper designs a device for detection of RLC load structure and parameters.The device consists of a digital frequency synthesizer(DDS)module,a inductance measurement module,a capacitance measurement module,a short circuit test module and a STM32 processor.It implements the adaptive measurement of capacitance,inductance,resistance and the short circuit situation.Furthermore,the accuracy of recognizing RLC network structure is very high.The measurement results can be shown on the LCD screen in real time.The test results of the prototype show that the whole testing speed of the device is fast,the measurement error is less than 5%,and the sensitivity is high.It has high practical value in the performance test of electronic products.
