基于AI的呼叫电力报修系统设计

摘要 为了提升电力报修成功率和效率,降低电力公司客户管理成本和客诉率,设计一种基于AI的呼叫电力报修系统。该系统主要由用户层、展现层、应用层、适配层、资源层组成,用户通过用户层的浏览器访问系统,在展现层实现信息资源获取和信息交互,通过应用层的AI呼叫模块进行系统故障的智能报修呼叫,并对AI呼叫模块报修故障类型进行汇总,经适配层的各项接口将汇总后数据传输至资源层,实现系统报修。实验结果表明:该系统保修成功率高、保修效率高,可有效降低客户管理成本和客诉率,提高用户满意度。 In order to improve the success rate and efficiency of power repair,and reduce the cost of customer management and customer complaint rate of power companies,a call power repair system based on AI is designed.The system is mainly composed of user layer,display layer,application layer,adaptation layer and resource layer.Users access the system through the browser of user layer,and the information resource acquisition and information interaction are realized in the display layer.Through the AI call module of the application layer,the intelligent repair call of the system fault is carried out,the fault types of the AI call module are summarized,and the connection of the adaptation layer is carried out.The interface transmits the collected data to the resource layer to realize the system repair.The experimental results show that the system has high warranty success rate,high warranty efficiency,can effectively reduce customer management costs and customer complaint rate,and improve user satisfaction.
