摘要
在对比分析目前国内外绿色建筑环境评价系统的基础上,提出了核心为室内环境、生态环境、能源利用和资源消耗的绿色建筑环境性能评价体系,并基于BIM模型提取量化指标,采用模糊层次分析法对建筑环境性能进行综合、全面和准确的评价。最后依托某绿色住宅建筑工程实例对所提出的评价体系进行了验证。结果表明,该评价体系具有较强的实用性和较广的适用性,可为BIM应用至绿色建筑评价体系领域研究提供借鉴和参考。
Based on the comparative analysis of the current domestic and foreign green building environmental evaluation systems,this paper proposes a green building environmental performance evaluation system whose core is indoor environment,ecological environment,energy utilization and resource consumption.It extracts quantitative indicators based on the BIM model,and by using fuzzy hierarchy.The analytical method conducts a comprehensive and accurate evaluation of the building environment performance.Finally,relying on an example of a green residential building project we verify the evaluation system proposed in this paper.The results show that the evaluation system has strong practicability and wide applicability,which can provide reference for the application of BIM to the research of green building evaluation system.
