大孔树脂法纯化核桃壳棕色素的研究

摘要 本研究以核桃壳色素为原料,优化了AB-8大孔树脂对核桃壳棕色素动态吸附和解吸的最佳工艺条件,并对纯化后色素的稳定性进行了研究。结果表明,核桃壳棕色素纯化最佳工艺条件为:上样液浓度2.0 mg/mL,色素上样流速1.5 mL/min,洗脱剂洗脱流速1.0 mL/min,纯化后色素色价是纯化前的3.58倍。稳定性研究显示:该色素耐热性较好,在酸性以及中性条件下均比较稳定,光照、氧化剂和部分金属离子对其有一定影响。 Using the walnut shell as raw materials,the optimum conditions for preparing walnut shell pigment were investgated through dynamic adsorption and desorption of pigment with AB-8 macroporous resin and pigment stability was studied.As a result,the optimum technological conditions were as fol⁃lows:consistence of adsorption liquid was 2.0 mg/mL,flowing rate on adsorption and desorption were 1.5 and 1.0 mL/min,respectively.The color value of purified pigment was 3.58 times higher than that of the beginning.The results from stability experiments indicated that the pigment had good heat resistance and stability under the acid and neutral conditions,but the light,the oxidant and some metal ions have some influence on the pigment stability.
