摘要
目的:研究猴樟幼苗钾、钠离子吸收与分配对碱胁迫的响应规律。方法:采用水培培养的方式,检测不同浓度Na_(2)CO_(3)处理下猴樟幼苗根、茎、叶器官中的K^(+)/Na^(+)、S_(K,Na)(根-茎)和S_(K,Na)(根-叶)的变化。结果:Na_(2)CO_(3)处理显著降低猴樟根系的K^(+)/Na^(+)比值,浓度越高越明显。10 mmol/L Na_(2)CO_(3)处理6 h后,茎器官中的K^(+)/Na^(+)和S_(K,Na)(根-茎)显著高于对照,30 mmol/L Na_(2)CO_(3)处理6 h后,茎器管K^(+)/Na^(+)、叶器官K^(+)/Na^(+)、S_(K,Na)(根-茎)和S_(K,Na)(根-叶)显著高于对照;对照根、茎、叶的K^(+)/Na^(+)均在处理后的48 h和120 h时出现高峰,Na_(2)CO_(3)处理的根、茎器官K^(+)/Na^(+)和S_(K,Na)(根-茎)均在处理后的6 h至12 h显著提高,之后呈下降趋势;叶器官K^(+)/Na^(+)和S_(K,Na)(根-叶)在处理后的6 h至12 h提高,在48 h和120 h时又出现高峰。结论:猴樟通过提高S_(K,Na)(根-茎)响应10 mmol/L碱胁迫;通过提高S_(K,Na)(根-茎)和S_(K,Na)(根-叶)来响应30 mmol/L碱胁迫;碱胁迫影响猴樟K^(+)、Na^(+)的吸收与分配的节律性。
The water culture method was used to study the response of absorption and distribution of po⁃tassium and sodium ions to alkali stress in Cinnamomun bodinieri seedlings,the changes of K^(+)/Na^(+),S_(K,Na)(root-stem)and S_(K,Na)(root-leaf)in the root,stem and leaf organs of C.bodinieri seedlings under differ⁃ent concentrations of Na_(2)CO_(3) were detected.The results showed that the ratio of K^(+)/Na^(+)in the roots was significantly decreased under alkali stress,and the higher the concentration,the more obvious.K^(+)/Na^(+)and Sk,Na(root-stem)in stem organs were significantly higher than those in control after 6 hours treatment with 10mmol/L Na_(2)CO_(3).K^(+)/Na^(+)in stem and leaf organs,Sk,Na(root-stem)and Sk,Na(root-leaf)were signif⁃icantly higher than those in control after 6 hours treatment with 30 mmol/L Na_(2)CO_(3).K^(+)/Na^(+)in the roots,stems and leaves of the control showed a peak at 48 hours and 120 hours after treatment,while S_(K,Na)(root stem)and S_(K,Na)(root-leaf)showed a mild trend of change,S_(K,Na)(root-stem)increased significantly from 6 hours to 12 hours after treatment,and then decreased,while K^(+)/Na^(+)and S_(K,Na)(root-leaf)increased from 6 hours to 12 hours after treatment,and peaked at 48 hours and 120 hours after treatment.Conclu⁃sion:Sk,Na(root-stem)were increased in response to 10 mmol/L alkali stress,and Sk,Na(root-stem)and Sk,Na(root-leaf)were increased in response to 30 mmol/L alkali stress,the absorption and distribution rhythm of K^(+)and Na^(+)was affected by alkali stress.
