职业教育课程思政的价值理性与教育逻辑 被引量:19

Value Rationality and Educational Logic of Vocational Education Curriculum Ideology and Politics

摘要 随着现代社会的非线性发展和智能技术的复杂化演变,党和国家对技术技能人才的诉求将由工具性需求转至价值性需求,这要求职业教育在人才培养过程中不仅要助推技术技能人才在"器物"层面的完善,更要注重其在"价值"层面的塑造。课程思政作为新时代党和国家实现"立德树人"根本目标和"三全育人"的创新之举,将助推职业教育构建新的育人模式。然而,现实中职业教育课程思政面临工具理性膨胀和价值理性式微的二元矛盾,这种价值危机对职业教育课程思政的价值本源、价值向度、价值维度及价值旨归构成威胁。未来,亟须通过构建职业教育课程思政的教育"社会性"逻辑、教育"人本性"逻辑、教育"历史性"逻辑与教育"实践性"逻辑,发挥职业教育课程思政价值塑造的特殊功能,进而助推职业教育实现"立德树人"和"三全育人"的根本任务。 With the non-linear development of modern society and the complex evolution of intelligent technology,the demands of the Party and the state for technical and skilled professionals will shift from instrumental needs to value needs,which requires that vocational education,in the process of training for professionals,should not only boost the improvement of technical and skilled personnel in the"implementation"level,but also pay attention to its cultivation at the"value"level.As an innovative action of the Party and the state to achieve the fundamental goal of"building morality and cultivating people"and"Three Complete Education"in the new era,curriculum ideology and politics will boost a new education model.In reality,however,vocational education curriculum ideology and politics faces a dual contradiction of rationality expansion in its instrumental aspect and rationality decline in value aspect.This value crisis poses a threat to the value origin,value vector,value dimension and value purpose of vocational education curriculum ideology and politics.It is urgent to develop the special ideological and political value shaping function of the vocational education curriculum through constructing its educational"social"logic,educational"humanistic"logic,educational"historical"logic and educational"practical"logic,to accomplish the mission of"building morality and cultivating people"and realize"Three Complete Education".
