摘要
民族地区高校因地域等原因,在专业设置与课程开设、教学模式、教学主客体构成、教学设备与技术等方面具有独特民族性,致使其教学质量评价也具有一定的特殊性。通过对民族地区高校教学质量评价机制研究发现,民族地区部分高校存在教学质量评价机制缺少专门评价机构、工作人员配备不足、教学评价标准还欠科学、评价制度执行力度不够、评价结果运用不充分等问题,是该地区高校教学质量评价机制面临"脆弱性"运转状态的主要因素。规避策略包括:成立专门评价机构,优化评价机制;加强教学质量评价过程管理,提高评价执行力;创新人才引进模式,提高现有管理人员素养;重构教学评价体系,科学化教学评价标准;规范评价过程,提升评价结果信效度;综合运用反馈结果,发挥其最大效用。
Due to regional reasons,colleges and universities in ethnic areas have unique ethnic features in specialty setting and curriculum setting,teaching mode,composition of teaching subject and object,teaching equipment and technology,resulting in certain particularity in their teaching quality evaluation.Through the research and analysis of teaching quality evaluation mechanism in ethnic region,we find that the lack of special evaluation mechanism,teaching evaluation mechanism,insufficient staff,insufficient evaluation system and inadequate evaluation results,are the main factors cause the"fragility"of evaluation mechanism of teaching quality in colleges and universities in the region.The article proposes following strategies to avoid the above challenges:build a special evaluation organization and optimize the evaluation mechanism;strengthen the management of teaching quality evaluation process and improve the execution of evaluation;innovate the professional recruitment pattern and improve the quality of existing management professionals;reconstruct the teaching evaluation system and scientific teaching evaluation standards;standardize the evaluation process and improve the reliability and validity of evaluation results;comprehensive use of feedback results to maximize its effectiveness.
