基于卫星定位的管道易水毁段预警技术 被引量:1

摘要 河沟道水毁是威胁长输油气管道安全的主要风险源之一,实现管道与水毁点距离监测预警,对降低管道水毁灾害风险意义重大。因此,研制了一套基于卫星定位的河沟道水毁监测预警系统,并在沧州至淄博天然气管道黄河穿越段进行了现场试验。结果表明:管道水毁定位浮球具有较好的漂浮姿态稳定性、防水性能和定位精度,可通过监测平台设置电子围栏对其位置变化进行报警,能够通过监测浮球的移动速度确定洪水流速,为管道水毁灾害的应急抢险提供水情信息;该监测系统可无线安装,经济成本低、待机时间长,可广泛应用于地形复杂、洪水易发区的油气管道水毁灾害监测预警,能够在管道露管前实现水毁点与管道距离的准确监测,避免管道水毁灾害规模扩大。 Water damage to river channels is one of the main risk sources that threaten the safety of long-distance oil and gas pipelines.It is of great significance to reduce the risk of pipeline water damage by monitoring and early warning of the distance between pipeline and the water damage points.A set of river channels water damage monitoring and early warning system based on satellite positioning is developed,which is used at the Yellow River crossing section of the Cangzhou-Zibo natural gas pipeline.The on-site results show that the water damage positioning floating ball has good floating attitude stability,waterproof performance,and positioning accuracy.The change of its position can be alarmed by an electronic fence which is set up through the monitoring platform,and the flood velocity can be determined by the moving speed of the floating ball,which can provide water information for emergency rescue.The monitoring system can be installed wirelessly,with low economic cost and long standby time.It can be widely used in oil and gas pipeline flood disaster monitoring and early warning in complex terrain and flood-prone areas.The distance between the water damage point and the pipeline can be accurately monitored before the pipeline exposure,so as to avoid the expansion of the pipeline water damage disaster.
