摘要 为解决相变材料聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG)在使用过程中存在易泄漏和导热系数低的问题,采用化学和物理相结合的方法制备了一种以海绵状氧化石墨烯(SG)为载体的定形相变材料FSPCM。利用红外光谱仪、拉曼光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪、热台和导热系数仪对FSPCM的化学结构、相变性能、高温热定形效果进行测试。结果表明:MPEG通过物理吸附和酯化反应成功负载到SG上,当FSPCM中SG的质量分数为6%时,其相变温度为37.5℃,熔融焓为129.7 J/g,焓值效率高达95.2%,且在250℃时仍具有较好的高温热定形效果。将FSPCM与聚丙烯(PP)共混成型后,共混材料的相变温度为32.9℃,熔融焓为12.1 J/g,共混材料的导热系数相比纯PP提高了35%,表明该定形相变材料有望应用于聚丙烯相变纤维。 To solve the problems of easy leakage and low thermal conductivity in the use of phase change materials-methoxy polyethylene glycol(MPEG), a shaped phase change material FSPCM with spongy graphene oxide(SG) as the carrier was prepared by a combination of chemical and physical methods. The chemical structure, phase change properties, high temperature thermal deformation effect of FSPCM were tested using infrared spectrometer, Raman spectrometer, differential scanning calorimeter, thermal bench and thermal conductivity meter. The results indicate that MPEG is successfully loaded onto SG by physical adsorption and esterification. The phase transition temperature is 37.5 ℃ and the melting enthalpy is 129.7 J/g when the mass fraction of SG in FSPCM is 6%, with an enthalpy efficiency of 95.2%, and the high temperature heat setting effect is still good at 250 ℃. After blending FSPCM with polypropylene(PP), the phase change temperature of the blended material is 32.9 ℃ and the melting enthalpy is 12.1 J/g. The thermal conductivity of the blended material is improved by 35% compared with that of pure PP, indicating that the shaped phase change material is expected to be used in polypropylene phase change fibers.
