摘要
目的研究临床路径教学在小儿神经内科临床教学中的应用。方法将于2018年1月—2020年1月期间60名在本院儿科实习的本科生随机平均分为两组,分别进行传统带教及临床路径带教,最后通过考核及问卷评分进行评价。结果两组学生的理论成绩差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),而实验组实践成绩较对照组高,且通过对学生调查问卷评价教学效果,发现学生对于临床路径教学法的教学内容、教学方式、授课态度、学习积极性及参与度较高,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论与传统教学相比,临床路径教学法有效提高小儿神经内科临床教学的实践成绩,增加学生实习的主动性、能动性,对增强学生临床实践能力、提高学生对临床教学的积极性、提高教师的教学质量有重要意义。
Objective To observe the application of clinical pathway teaching method(CPTM)inpediatricneurologydepartment. Methods 60 clinical interns of pediatric from January 2018 to January 2020 were divided into observation group and control group randomly, each group has 30 students. Observation group was taught by CPTM, while the control group was taught by traditional teaching mode. The students were evaluated by examination and the questionnaire at last. Results There was no significant difference in the theoretical scores between the two groups(P>0.05), but the practical scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group. Through the evaluation of the teaching effect through the student questionnaire, it was found that the students had higher teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching attitude, learning enthusiasm and participation in the clinical pathway teaching method(all P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method, CPTM can effectively improve the practical scores of clinical teaching in pediatric neurology, and increase initiative of students in practice. It is important to increase the clinical practice ability, enhance the enthusiasm for clinical teaching of the students, and also improve the teaching quality of teachers.
