The Application of CBL and PBL Pedagogies in the Undergraduate Teaching Course on Clinical Immunology Examination

摘要 目的探讨CBL联合PBL教学在临床免疫学检验本科实验课教学中的应用效果。方法选取2016级医学检验技术专业的60名大三学生,随机分为两组;对照组30名理论课授课运用传统教学方法,实验课授课也使用传统的教学方法;研究组30名理论课授课运用传统教学方法,实验课授课运用CBL联合PBL教学法,在授课过程中保证授课内容参照同一版教学大纲,授课老师相同,理论授课课件相同,实验课上课内容相同,只是形式略有不同。通过期末考试的方法得到两组的期末考试成绩,通过问卷调查得到评卷效果。分析两组学生的期末考试成绩和问卷调查评价效果。结果研究组的期末考试成绩及优秀率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05),问卷调查显示研究组学生在搜集材料能力、自主学习能力、学习积极性、学习主动性、解决问题能力、创新能力、团队合作能力方面均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 CBL联合PBL教学在临床免疫学检验的本科教学中可以很好地提高学生的学习兴趣和积极性,培养学生解决问题的能力,提高学生的综合素质水平。 Objective To explore the application effect of CBL combined with PBL in the teaching of undergraduate experimental course of clinical immunology. Methods Sixty junior students majoring in medical laboratory technology in 2016 were randomly divided into two groups;In the control group, 30 students used traditional teaching methods in theory class and traditional teaching methods in experimental class;The 30 members of the research group used traditional teaching methods for theoretical courses and Cbl combined PBL teaching method for experimental courses. During the teaching process, it was ensured that the teaching content referred to the same version of syllabus,the same teachers, the same theoretical teaching courseware and the same experimental course content, but the form was slightly different. The final examination results of the two groups were obtained through the final examination, and the evaluation effect was obtained through the questionnaire survey. The final examination results and questionnaire evaluation results of the two groups of students were analyzed. Results The final examination results and excellent rate of the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The questionnaire survey showed that the students in the research group were significantly better than those in the control group in terms of material collection ability, autonomous learning ability,learning enthusiasm, learning initiative, problem-solving ability,innovation ability and team cooperation ability(P<0.05).Conclusion Through jointly applying the CBL and PBL processes in the course on Clinical Immunology Examination,students can enhance their qualities in an all-round fashion and foster interests and enthusiasm in learning.
