摘要 目的研究住院医师规培中PACS结合PBL教学的应用。方法回顾性选取2018年6月—2020年6月本院住院医师40例,依据规培方法分为PACS结合PBL教学法组(结合教学法组,n=20)、传统以授课为主的单向教学法组(单向教学法组,n=20)两组,统计分析两组住院医师的考核成绩、对教学方式的满意度。结果结合教学组住院医师的理论、临床技能、综合能力考核成绩均明显高于单向教学法组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结合教学法组住院医师对教与学的启发性、互动性、提高学习效果、诊断与治疗能力、减轻学习负担、总体评价的满意度100.0%(20/20)、90.0%(18/20)、90.0%(18/20)、90.0%(18/20)、95.0%(19/20)、95.0%(19/20)均明显高于单向教学法组80.0%(16/20)、60.0%(12/20)、60.0%(12/20)、60.0%(12/20)、70.0%(14/20)、65.0%(13/20),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论住院医师规培中PACS结合PBL教学法的应用效果较传统以授课为主的单向教学法好。 Objective To study the application of PACS combined with PBL in the routine training of resident.Methods 40 resident doctors were selected from June2018 to June 2020. According to the standard training method, 40 inpatients were divided into two groups: PACS combined with PBL teaching method group(combined with teaching method group, n=20), traditional one-way teaching method group(one-way teaching method group, n=20),the evaluation results and satisfactions of the two groups of resident doctors on teaching methods were statistically analyzed. Results The results of the theoretical, clinical skills and comprehensive ability of the inpatients in the teaching group were significantly higher than the one-way teaching method group(P<0.05). The results showed that the inspiration, interaction, improvement of learning effect,diagnosis and treatment ability, lightening the burden of learning, and the satisfaction of overall evaluation were 100.0%(20/20), 90.0%(18/20), 90.0%(18/20), 90.0%(18/20), 95.0%(19/20), 95.0%(19/20) of the inpatients in the teaching method group were significantly higher than the one-way teaching method group 80.0%(16/20), 60.0%(12/20), 60.0%(12/20), 60.0%(12/20), 70.0%(14/20),65.0%(13/20) respectively(P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of PACS combined with PBL in the routine training of resident is better than traditional one-way teaching method.
