摘要
目的关于分阶段目标教学在肾内科护理实习带教中的应用对提升学生操作技能的效果进行具体的分析,以此为参考依据。方法将从2018年8月—2019年9月在本院选定的48名肾内科护理实习带教的学生作为研究对象,利用随机法分组,分为观察组与对照组。对照组选用传统教学措施,观察组则选用分阶段目标教学措施,将试验数据进行比对与统计分析。结果与对照组比对发现,观察组学生的考核成绩明显高于对照组,肾内科患者对学生的满意度普遍较高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论分阶段目标教学在进行肾内科护理实习带教中效果更好,学生理论考核评分与操作技能评分相对更高,患者对于学生的满意度也相对较高。
Objective To make a concrete analysis of the application of staged target teaching in the practice teaching of nephrology nursing practice to improve students’ operational skills, and use this as a reference. Methods From August 2018 to September 2019, 48 cases of nephrology nursing internship students selected in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were grouped by random method and divided into observation group and control group. The control group and the observation group implemented methods respectively. The control group used traditional teaching methods, and the observation group used staged target teaching methods, and the experimental data were compared and statistically analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, it was found that the evaluation scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the patients of nephrology department were generally more satisfied with the students, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of phased target teaching in nursing practice teaching of nephrology department is better,the scores of students’ theoretical assessment and operation skills are relatively higher, and the patients’ satisfaction with students is also relatively high.
