摘要
目的探讨使用SimMan高端模拟人系统在住院医师规范化培训心肺复苏(CPR)教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年8月—2020年8月在苏州大学附属第一医院重症医学科进行住院医师规范化培训学员84名作为研究对象,随机分成两组,每组42名。简单模拟人组使用传统模拟人进行CPR培训,高端模拟人组使用SimMan模拟人进行CPR培训。培训结束后对两组人员分别进行单项技能及情景模拟考核,其中单项技能包括徒手心肺复苏、气管插管及电除颤等操作,而情景模拟考核主要从学员对病情判断、抢救方案的实施、团队协作方面进行考核。结果高端模拟人组的徒手心肺复苏、气管插管、电除颤的技能考核成绩均优于简单模拟人组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);高端模拟人组在病情判断、抢救方案的实施、团队协作、总成绩方面均优于简单模拟人组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论SimMan高端模拟人系统可以有效提高住院医师规范化培训学员CPR教学效果,有教学应用价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of SimMan senior simulator in the training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) during standardized residency training.Methods A total of 84 resident physicians participating in standardized training from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into 2 groups with 42 residents each. The simple simulator group used the conventional simulator for CPR training, and the senior simulator group used the SimMan senior simulator for CPR training. Results The skill test scores of unarmed cardiopulmonary resuscitation,tracheal intubation and electric defibrillation of the senior simulator group were significantly higher than those of the simple simulator group(P<0.05);The judgment of illness,the implementation of rescue plan, team cooperation and the total achievement were significantly higher than those of the simple simulator group(P<0.05). Conclusion SimMan high-end simulator system can effectively improve the CPR teaching effect of residents’ standardized training students,and has teaching application value。
