摘要
目的探讨SBAR标准沟通模式在新入职护士病情汇报中的应用效果。方法成立SBAR小组,设计标准化病情汇报指引单,并针对SBAR相关内容进行培训。2019年3月—8月,新入职护士应用SBAR标准沟通模式进行病情汇报,并对医生及护士进行问卷调查,比较实施SBAR病情汇报模式实施前后护士的评判性思维能力及医生对护士工作的满意度的差异。结果医生对新入职护士工作的满意率从90.5%提升至95.7%。94.5%的新入职护士认为SBAR模式培训提高了自己的评判性思维能力。结论运用SBAR沟通模式进行病情汇报保证了信息完整、准确、清楚地传递,保障了患者安全。
Objective To explore the application of SBAR standard communication model in the Medical Status Report of newly-recruited nurses. Methods SBAR group was set up, standardized guidelines for disease reporting were designed, and SBAR related training was conducted. From March to August 2019, newly recruited nurses used SBAR standard communication model to report their illness, and surveyed doctors and nurses with questionnaires, to compare the differences of critical thinking ability of nurses and doctors’ satisfaction with nurses’ work before and after the implementation of SBAR. Results After using the SBAR communication model to report the disease, the satisfaction rate of the doctors to the new nurses increased from 90.5%to 95.7%. 94.5% of the newly recruited nurses believed that SBAR training had effectively improved their ability of critical thinking. Conclusion SBAR communication mode can ensure complete, accurate and clear information transmission and ensure the safety of patients.
