透明帽辅助内镜下硬化术治疗痔疮的安全性分析

Safety Analysis of Transparent Cap Assisted Endoscopic Sclerotherapy for Hemorrhoids

目的分析在治疗痔疮时使用透明帽辅助内镜下硬化术的安全性。方法本研究从2018年1月,开始进行研究对象的收集,到2019年12月结束收集,共收集104例痔疮患者,将患者进行随机编码,随机抽取号码进行分组,研究组52例,用透明帽辅助内镜下硬化术,对照组52例,用常规手术,对两组的治疗效果、复发率、不良反应进行对比,并评价两组手术、住院时间,以及出血量。结果研究组的治疗效果96.15%比对照组明显更优(P <0.05,χ^(2)=6.029 0),VAS(3.38±0.64)分比对照组和治疗前明显更低(P <0.05),并发症5.77%、复发率0.00%比对照组明显更低(P <0.05,χ^(2)=4.307 7,5.252 5),住院(5.86±1.86)d、手术(26.94±7.13)min,时间均明显比对照组短(P <0.05),出血量(69.06±11.64)mL比对照组明显更少(P <0.05)。结论透明帽辅助内镜下硬化术,是治疗内痔的一种新型微创治疗技术,具有视野清晰,定位准确,疗效确切,副作用和并发症少等优点,在治疗痔疮时使用透明帽辅助内镜下硬化术,手术时间短,出血量少,术后恢复快,住院时间短,治疗效果显著,有效降低VAS评分,且并发症低,安全性高,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the safety of transparent cap assisted endoscopic sclerotherapy in the treatment of hemorrhoids. Methods From January 2018 to December 2019, 104 patients with hemorrhoids were collected, and the patients were randomly coded and randomly selected into groups. The study group(52 cases) was treated with transparent cap assisted endoscopic sclerotherapy, while the control group(52 cases) was treated with conventional surgery. The treatment effect, recurrence rate and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared The operation,hospital stay and blood loss were evaluated. Results The therapeutic effect of the study group was 96.15% better than that of the control group(P<0.05),(χ^(2)=6.029 0), VAS(3.38±0.64) score was lower than that in the control group and before treatment(P<0.05), complication rate was 5.77%, recurrence rate was 0.00% lower than that in the control group(P<0.05, χ^(2)=4.307 7, 5.252 5), hospitalization(5.86±1.86) days and operation(26.94±7.13) minutes were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the amount of bleeding(69.06±11.64) mL was less than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Transparent cap assisted endoscopic sclerotherapy is a new minimally invasive treatment technology for internal hemorrhoids. It has the advantages of clear vision, accurate positioning, definite curative effect and less side effects and complications. When using transparent cap assisted endoscopic sclerotherapy in the treatment of hemorrhoids, it has the advantages of short operation time, less blood output,rapid postoperative recovery, short hospital stay, significant treatment effect and effectively reducing VAS score, It has low complications, high safety and clinical value.
