摘要 目的对慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴糖尿病患者采用药物联合治疗的效果进行探究。方法选择本院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴糖尿病患者75例作为本次研究纳入的研究对象,选取时间段为2014年1月—2020年1月,按照随机数字表法将其划分为将其划分为单药组(n=37)和联合组(n=38)。单药组接受糖皮质激素治疗,在这一基础上,联合组接受特布他林治疗。比较两组的疗效。结果联合组的总有效率明显高于单药组(P <0.05);联合组的血糖水平明显低于单药组(P <0.05);联合组的肺功能指标明显高于单药组(P <0.05);联合组的血气指标均明显优于单药组(P <0.05);单药组与联合组的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论针对慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴糖尿病患者采用特布他林联合糖皮质激素治疗具有显著效果,可以有效改善患者的肺功能,并且有效控制其血糖水平,改善患者的血气指标,而且不良反应少,在安全性方面比较好。 Objective To explore the effect of drug combination therapy in patients with COPD and diabetes.Methods 75 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and diabetes in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study. The selected time period was from January 2014 to January 2020. According to the random number table method, they were divided into Single-drug group(n=37) and combination group(n=38). The singleagent group received glucocorticoid treatment, and on this basis, the combination group received terbutaline treatment.Compare the efficacy of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the single-drug group, after testing(P<0.05);the blood sugar level of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the single-drug group,after testing(P<0.05);the lung function index of the combined group was significantly higher In the single-drug group, it was tested(P<0.05);the blood gas indexes of the combination group were significantly better than the singledrug group, after testing(P<0.05);the single-drug group and the combination group had no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions. After inspection(P>0.05).Conclusion For chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with diabetes mellitus, the use of terbutaline combined with glucocorticoid treatment has a significant effect, can effectively improve the lung function of patients, and effectively control their blood sugar levels, improve the blood gas index of patients, and less adverse reactions, in terms of safety is better.
