来氟米特联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗老年肾炎的疗效

Efficacy of Leflunomide Combined With Reduced Glutathione in the Treatment of Senile Nephritis

目的研究来氟米特联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗老年慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法选择本院于2016年6月—2020年3月期间收治的160例老年慢性肾小球肾炎患者为研究对象,其中80例患者采用来氟米特联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗作为观察组,另80例患者采用常规治疗作为对照组,对两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后血压、血纤维蛋白水平及肾功能指标、不良反应发生率情况进行比较分析。结果观察组治疗后总有效率高达95.00%,对照组仅为76.25%,观察组治疗总有效率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗前两组患者的收缩血压、24 h尿蛋白定量、血纤维蛋白原、Scr及BUN水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组24 h尿蛋白定量、血纤维蛋白原、Scr及BUN水平均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而观察组血纤维蛋白原水平明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗期间观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,但组间差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论对于老年慢性肾小球肾炎采用来氟米特联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗疗效确切,可有效改善患者的肾功能,安全性较高。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of leflunomide combined with reduced glutathione in the treatment of senile chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods 160 elderly patients with Chronic Glomerulonephritis Treated in our hospital from June 2016 to March 2020 were selected as the research object, of which 80 patients were treated with leflunomide combined with reduced glutathione as the observation group and the other 80 patients were treated with routine treatment as the control group. The clinical efficacy,blood pressure, blood fibrin level and renal function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups The incidence of adverse reactions was compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 95.00% in the observation group and 76.25% in the control group. The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure,24-hour urinary protein, blood fibrinogen, SCR and BUN between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of urinary protein, blood fibrinogen, SCR and BUN in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05), while the level of blood fibrinogen in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, but there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Leflunomide combined with reduced glutathione is effective in the treatment of senile chronic glomerulonephritis. It can effectively improve the renal function of patients with high safety.
