江西省科技创新券政策效用研究

Research on the Utility of Jiangxi Science and Technology Innovation Voucher Policy

目前,江西省各地市形成了各具特色的科技创新券政策模式。文章从政策制度、适用范围、支持对象、管理实施等角度,对比江西省各地市科技创新券政策实施现状,总结实施成效,包括提升科技企业创新能力、激发服务机构创新活力、优化社会科技创新环境等,分析江西省在科技创新券试点开展过程中存在的问题,并对江西省科技创新券政策的进一步完善提出若干建议。

At present,various cities in Jiangxi province have formed science and technology innovation voucher policy mode with their own characteristic.By comparing the implementation status of science and technology innovation voucher policy in cities in Jiangxi,from the perspective of policy system,scope of application,support object,management implementation,etc.,this paper summarizes the implementation effect,including enhancing the innovation ability of science and technology enterprises,stimulating the innovation vitality of service institutions,optimizing the science and technology innovation environment,etc.The paper also analyzes the existing problems in the pilot development of science and technology innovation vouchers in Jiangxi province,and puts forward some suggestions for Jiangxi further improve science and technology innovation voucher policy.
