Countermeasure Analysis on Digital Transformation of Traditional Enterprises Enabled by Science and Technology

以传统企业和前沿科技手段为研究对象,运用文献分析、定性分析等多种方法,针对科技如何赋能传统企业改进制造业和服务业运营及流程的科技方式开展研究,着重从科技应用层面为传统企业提出对策和建议。文章认为传统企业数字化转型发展应当攻关底层核心技术,占领技术优势,大力推进工业互联网创新进程,提供差异性服务,推动大数据、人工智能等应用创新,提高企业竞争力,并形成规模效应,加速数据要素流动等。对传统企业而言,想更有效地促进日常经营生产规范化、顺应时代发展趋势,进行数字化转型升级是必然选择。

This paper takes traditional enterprises and frontiver technology means as the research object,uses various methods such as literature analysis,qualitative analysis and interdisciplinary research,aiming at the scientific and technological methods,carries out research on how technology can empower traditional enterprises to improve the operation and process of manufacturing and service industries,as well as puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for traditional enterprises from the perspective of science and technology application.The paper believes that the digital transformation and development of traditional enterprises should tackle the underlying core technologies,occupy technological advantages,vigorously promote the innovation process of industrial internet,provide differentiated services,promote application innovation such as big data and artificial intelligence,improve enterprise competitiveness,form scale effect and accelerate the flow of data elements.For traditional enterprises,digital transformation and upgrading is an inevitable choice if they want to more effectively promote the standardization of daily operation and production and comply with the development trend of the times.
