摘要
梳理了量子信息技术的国内外政策现状,并基于专利地图分析方法,从发展趋势、主要研发机构及各省份排名等方面对我国量子信息技术专利进行统计分析。在此基础上,对比分析广东省量子信息技术领域的专利申请态势、主要研发机构及技术热点,剖析广东省量子产业的优势与差距,并提出提升专利保护意识、优化科技计划专项设置、完善技术应用生态、构建健康的产业体系等发展建议。
This paper combs the current domestic and foreign policy status of quantum information technology,and based on the method of patent map analysis,carries out statistical analysis of the national quantum information technology patents in terms of development trends,main R&D institutions and rankings of various provinces.On this basis,the paper compares and analyzes the patent application situation,main R&D institutions and technology hotspots in the field of quantum information technology,and analyzes the advantages and gaps of quantum industry in Guangdong province.Finally,the paper puts forward some development suggestions,such as improving the awareness of patent protection,optimizing the special setting of science and technology programs,improving the ecological application of technology,building a healthy industrial system and so on.
