印度行业组织参与职业教育双元育人模式及启示 被引量:1

摘要 在世界范围内,行业组织参与职业教育双元育人的探索与实践方兴未艾,职业教育双元育人模式逐渐成熟。通过梳理我国近年来出台的有关行业组织参与职业教育的相关政策,以印度斯坦科技学院物流管理专业人才培养项目为例,深入分析其行业组织参与职业教育双元育人的模式,发现其具有多方主体共同制定人才培养项目、教学设置工学结合且占比均衡、保障雇主与学徒双方利益、采用联合评估的考核方式等特点。我国职业教育亟待发展,印度斯坦科技学院双元育人模式的成功经验可供借鉴。 In the world,exploration and practice of the participation of industry organizations in the dual education of vocational education is in the rise,and the dual education mode of vocational education is gradually becoming mature.By sorting out the relevant policies on the participation of industry organizations in vocational education issued in China in recent years,and taking the logistics management professional talent training project of Hindustan Institute of Science and Technology as an example,this paper deeply analyzes the dual-education mode of the participation of industry organizations in vocational education.It is found that the mode has the characteristics of multi-subjects jointly formulating talent training programs,balancing the proportion of combination of work and study in teaching,protecting the interests of both employers and students,and adopting joint evaluation.The development of vocational education being now pretty much the agenda for our country,the successful experience of dual education mode of Hindustan Institute of Science and Technology can be used for reference.
