摘要
敬业以职业为形式,以劳动为内容,劳动观决定敬业观。马克思主义劳动观揭示了劳动教育是教人求真、教人至善、教人臻美的有机统一内在逻辑。高职生由于对敬业认知的“前结构”阙如,且受到消费主义价值观的强势挑战,尤其需要在劳动教育中以“真”见“知”、以“善”领“情”、以“美”导“意”,只有这样,才能真正培育起他们的敬业价值观。
Devotion to work takes occupation as its form and labor as its content.Labor view determines the view of devotion to work.The Marxist view of labor reveals that labor education is an organic unity and internal logic of teaching people to seek truth,to be kind and to be perfect.Due to the lack of the“Pre-structure”of vocational college students’cognition of professional engagement,and the strong challenge from their consumerism values,vocational college students need to see“Knowledge”with“Truth”,to understand“Feelings”with“Kindness”,and to guide“Intentions”with“Beauty”in labor education,so as to truly foster their professional values.
