改性水滑石对聚氯乙烯压延膜的耐老化性能影响 被引量:1

摘要 利用2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯并苯酮-5-磺酸(BP)对水滑石(LDH)进行了改性,制备了改性水滑石(LDH-BP)。将水滑石(LDH)和改性水滑石(LDH-BP)分别加入到聚氯乙烯(PVC)压延膜试样中,研究了其对PVC压延膜试样耐老化性能的影响。研究结果表明,LDH-BP对PVC压延膜试样具有稳定的耐光效果,能够缓解PVC压延膜试样的光氧化及分子链断裂现象,提高了PVC压延膜试样的耐老化性能。 Using 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone-5-sulfonic acid(BP),the modified hydrotalcite(LDH-BP)of BP intercalated hydrotalcite(LDH)was prepared.The LDH and LDH-BP were added to the PVC calendered film respectively,the aging resistance of the PVC calendered film was investigated.The research results showed that the LDH-BP has a significant photostability effect on PVC calendered film,and can alleviate the phenomenon of photooxidation and molecular chain breakage of PVC.
