摘要
使用插层法对蛭石进行改性,制备出有机插层蛭石,采用傅里叶红外光谱仪及热失重仪对其进行表征,并利用熔融共混的方法制备有机蛭石/高密度聚乙烯复合材料。通过红外光谱、X射线衍射仪、万能试验机、硬度仪、热失重分析仪以及冲击试验机对复合材料结构及力学性能进行测试与分析。结果表明,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵对蛭石进行改性能够高效地制备插层有机蛭石,并且有机蛭石的添加可以有效地改善高密度聚乙烯复合材料的硬度、拉伸强度以及断裂伸长率,但会对冲击强度产生一定的负面影响。
In this paper, vermiculite was modified by intercalation method to prepare organic intercalated vermiculite, which was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). The organic vermiculite/HDPE composites were prepared by melt blending method, and then the structure and mechanical properties of composites were tested and analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD), universal testing machine, hardness tester and impact test machine. The results showed that the cetyltrimethylammonium bromide can efficiently be used to prepare the intercalated organic vermiculite, and the addition of organic vermiculite can excellently improve the hardness, tensile strength and elongation at break of HDPE composites,while it will have a certain negative impact on the impact strength.
