摘要
螺[芴-9,9'-氧杂蒽]衍生物作为蓝光材料或掺杂材料被广泛应用于有机发光半导体(OLED)器件。该文以二苯醚为起始原料,经仲丁基锂锂化后与2-溴-芴酮反应,得到中间体化合物在二氯甲烷溶剂中,经对甲基苯磺酸催化闭环反应合成2-溴螺环[芴-9,9'-氧杂蒽],然后与联硼酸频那醇酯经Miyaura硼化反应合成目标产品,含量大于99.5%,总收率达到73%。并通过TG-DSC、UV-vis对目标化合物的热稳定性能和光学性能进行了研究。
Spiro[fluorene-9,9'-xanthene]derivatives are widely used in organic light emitting semiconductor(OLED)devices as blue light materials or dopant materials.2'-(4,4,5,5-Tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)-Spiro[9H-fluorene-9,9'-[9H]xanthene]is synthesized from diphenyl ether as the starting material,then reacted with 2-bromo-fl uorenone after being lithiated by sec-butyl lithium,and then via ring closure reaction by p-toluenesulfonic acid catalysis in the dichloromethane solvent,and with pinacol diborate by Miyaura boronation reaction in this paper.Target product content is greater than 99.5%,total yield of the target compound reach to 73%.The thermal stability and optical property of the target product were studied by TG-DSC and UV-vis.
