含电气石锌硼酸盐玻璃负离子释放量

Negative Ion Release from Zinc Borate Glass Containing Tourmaline

摘要 为了探索熔制温度和电气石掺入量对锌硼酸盐玻璃负离子释放量的影响、玻璃所处工作环境温度对玻璃实际使用性能的差异,以及CeO_(2)对释放量是否有提升效果,实验采用传统高温熔融冷却法制备含电气石的锌硼酸盐负离子玻璃,使用空气负离子检测仪WST-08B在特定的测试条件下测试锌硼酸盐负离子玻璃样品的释放量,再由BTR-1型可见光透/反射率测试仪测试负离子玻璃的透光性,综合考虑玻璃透明度与负离子释放的功能性得出电气石的最佳掺入量。试验表明:熔制温度为900℃的负离子释放量最多,电气石掺入占总质量的12%,玻璃透射率及负离子释放量等综合性能较好;CeO_(2)的掺入量为0.35%时,负离子玻璃的负离子释放量达到最大值。 To explore the effect of melting temperature and the amount of tourmaline incorporation on the negative ion release of zinc borate glass,the difference between the working environment temperature of the glass and the actual performance of the glass,and whether the CeO^(2)have the effect of improving the release amount,the zinc borate negative ion glass containing tourmaline was prepared by traditional high temperature melting cooling method.The air negative ion detector WST-08B was used to test the release amount of zinc borate negative ion glass sample under specific test conditions,and the transmittance of negative ion glass was tested by BTR-1 visible light transmittance and reflectivity tester.Considering glass transparency,the optimum incorporation of tourmaline was obtained with the function of anion release.The test results show that the anion release is the most at 900℃melting temperature,the tourmaline incorporation accounts for 12%of the total mass,the transmittance and anion emission of the glass are good.When the amount of CeO^(2)is 0.35,the emission of negative ions in the negative ion glass reaches the maximum value.
