摘要
SBS改性沥青作为沥青路面的主要使用结构,其综合性能与使用寿命密切相关。沥青混合料油石比是制备的主要参数,油石比的变化对沥青的用量、密度、稳定度及孔隙率等均有较为显著影响,该文以优化最佳油石比为出发点,针对高等级公路交通量特点,提出了考虑沥青混合料流值特性的最佳油石比计算方法,并通过马歇尔试验进行验证,基于所提出方法确定的最佳油石比下沥青混合料具有良好的性能。
SBS modified asphalt is the main structure of asphalt pavement,and its comprehensive performance is closely related to its service life.Asphalt aggregate ratio is the main parameter of asphalt mixture preparation.The change of asphalt aggregate ratio has a significant impact on the asphalt dosage,density,stability and porosity.This paper took the optimization of the best asphalt aggregate ratio as the starting point,and put forward the calculation method of the best asphalt aggregate ratio considering the asphalt flow value and verified by Marshall test.Mixture with the optimum asphalt aggregate ratio determined by the proposed method has good performance.
