基于界面黏附理论的沥青与集料黏附特性研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 沥青与集料之间的黏附特性,决定着沥青混合料的高温、疲劳和水稳定性能,关系着沥青路面的耐久性。通过现场调研、查阅文献及结合实际试验,详细描述了国内外测试沥青与集料之间黏附特性的测试方法,并进行归类总结为图像处理计算类评价方法、力学类评价方法、光电比色类评价方法、表面能理论评价方法、流变学评价方法。对比分析了各类评价方法的优缺点及适用性,提出不同评价方法存在的问题,以期为以后的沥青-集料界面黏附特性试验评价方法的发展提供指导及建议。另外,展望了未来沥青-集料界面粘附特性研究的发展趋势,提出了新型快速评价方法研发的必要性。 The adhesion characteristics between asphalt and aggregate determine the high temperature,fatigue and water stability of asphalt mixture,and are related to the durability of asphalt pavement.Through on-the-spot investigation,consulting literature and combining with practical tests,the test methods for testing the adhesion characteristics between asphalt and aggregate at home and abroad are described in detail.It is classified and summarized as image processing calculation evaluation method,mechanical evaluation method,photoelectric colorimetric evaluation method,surface energy theory evaluation method and rheology evaluation method.The advantages,disadvantages and applicability of various evaluation methods are compared and analyzed,and the problems existing in different evaluation methods are put forward,in order to provide guidance and suggestions for the development of test evaluation methods for adhesion characteristics of asphalt-aggregate interface in the future.In addition,the development trend of the research on the adhesion characteristics of asphalt-aggregate interface in the future is prospected,and the necessity of developing a new rapid evaluation method is put forward.
