柴胡桂枝汤治疗小儿急性肠胃炎的效果

Effect of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction on acute gastroenteritis in children

目的观察柴胡桂枝汤治疗急性肠胃炎患儿的临床效果,为临床治疗小儿急性肠胃炎提供参考。方法选取2019年3月—2020年4月高唐县人民医院收治的小儿急性肠胃炎患儿64例作为研究对象,采用随机抽签方式分为观察组和对照组各32例,观察组采用基础用药联合柴胡桂枝汤治疗,对照组采用基础用药治疗,比较两组患儿治疗总有效率、腹部疼痛持续时间、大便恢复正常时间及患儿家长对治疗效果的满意率。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的71.88%;观察组患儿腹部疼痛持续时间、大便恢复正常时间分别为(2.66±0.30)和(4.10±0.47)d,均短于对照组的(4.20±0.54)和(6.83±0.60)d;观察组患儿家长对治疗效果的满意率为96.88%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柴胡桂枝汤治疗小儿急性肠胃炎患儿的临床效果良好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction on children with acute gastroenteritis,to provide reference for clinical treatment of gastroenteritis in children.Methods From March 2019 to April 2020,64 children with acute gastroenteritis treated in Gaotang County People’s Hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group,with 32 cases in each group according to random lottery method.The observation group was treated with basic medication combined with Chaihu Guizhi Decoction,and the control group was treated with basic medication.The total effective rate,duration of abdominal pain,stool recovery to normal time and the satisfaction rate of parents with treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was93.75%,which was higher than 71.88%in the control group;the duration of abdominal pain and the recovery to normal time of stool in the observation group were(2.66±0.30)and(4.10±0.47)d,respectively,shorter than(4.20±0.54)and(6.83±0.60)d in the control group;the satisfaction rate of parents with treatment effect in the observation group was 96.88%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction on children with acute gastroenteritis was good,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
