微课在新护士动静脉内瘘穿刺教学中的应用效果 被引量:1

Application effect of WeChat course in the teaching of arteriovenous fistula puncture of new nurses

摘要 目的探讨微课移动学习平台在新护士动静脉内瘘穿刺教学中的应用效果,为进一步提高护理服务质量提供帮助。方法选择2018年6月—2019年12月粤北人民医院血液透析中心新毕业、新转科及进修护士80例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组采用传统多媒体形式理论授课,专人一对一实践操作带教;观察组在传统教学的基础上构建微课移动学习平台。观察两组研究对象的动静脉内瘘一次穿刺成功率、相关知识掌握情况以及教学满意率。结果观察组新护士动静脉内瘘一次穿刺成功率为96.2%,高于对照组的81.8%;观察组各个知识点正确率均高于对照组;观察组的授课满意率为97.5%,高于对照组的72.5%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微课教学模式不仅有利于增强血液透析新护士的学习兴趣,而且有助于提升动静脉内瘘穿刺理论水平和穿刺技能,提高学员的授课满意率及血液透析室的护理服务质量,帮助患者改善预后,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat course on mobile learning platform in arteriovenous fistula puncture teaching for new nurses,to provide help for further improving the quality of nursing service.Methods From June 2018 to December 2019,80 newly graduated,newly transferred and training nurses in hemodialysis center of Yue Bei People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was taught with traditional multimedia theory and one-toone practical operation.The observation group built a mobile learning platform for WeChat teaching on the basis of traditional teaching.The success rate of one-time puncture of arteriovenous fistula,mastery of relevant knowledge and teaching satisfaction rate of the two groups were observed.Results The success rate of one-time puncture of arteriovenous fistula in the observation group was 96.2%,which was higher than 81.8%in the control group;the accuracy rates of each knowledge point in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the teaching satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.5%,which was higher than 72.5%of the control group,and the differences above all were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion WeChat teaching mode not only helped to enhance the learning interest of new hemodialysis nurses,but also helped to improve the theoretical level and skills of arteriovenous fistula puncture,and improve the teaching satisfaction rate of students and improve the quality of nursing service in hemodialysis room and helped patients improve the prognosis,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
