2017—2019年宁河区中小学生健康体检结果分析

Analysis of health examination results of primary and middle school students in Ninghe District from 2017 to 2019

目的分析2017—2019年天津市宁河区义务教育阶段中小学生的健康状况,观察在生长发育阶段以及集体学习生活环境中学生群体营养状况以及常见病中发病率较高的疾病检出情况,并分析可能产生的原因,为改善学生健康状况各项措施的实施提供科学依据。方法通过天津市学生体质健康监测管理系统获取2017—2019年天津市宁河区中小学生健康体检资料,运用描述性流行病学方法对健康体检结果进行统计分析。结果2017—2019年天津市宁河区中小学生身高上等率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且中小学生身高下等率呈逐年上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中小学生体重上等率呈逐年上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中小学生肥胖、视力不良及贫血检出率呈上升趋势,营养不良检出率呈下降趋势,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论天津市宁河区中小学生健康相关问题日益突出,视力不良、肥胖、贫血、营养不良、龋齿等疾病严重影响着学生的身体健康,应加强学生常见病防治工作,促进中小学生身心健康发展。

Objective To analyze the health status of primary and middle school stadents in Ninghe District of Tianjin at compulsory education stage from 2017 to 2019,to observe the nutritional status of students and the detection of disease with a higher incidence among common diseases in the growth and development stage and the collective learning and living environment,and to analyze possible reasons,in order to provide a scientific basis for the measures implemented to improve the health condition of students.Methods The physical examination data of primary and middle school students in Ninghe District of Tianjin from 2017 to 2019 were obtained through the student physical health monitoring and management system in Tianjin.Descriptive epidemiology method was used to analyze the physical examination results.Results From 2017 to 2019,the height superior rate of primary and middle school students in Ninghe District were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the rate of inferior height of primary and middle school students increased year by year,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The weight superior rate of primary and middle school students increased year by year,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rates of obesity,poor vision and anemia in primary and middle school students showed an upward trend,while the detection rate of malnutrition showed a downward trend,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The health problems of primary and middle school students in Ninghe District of Tianjin were becoming more and more serious.The diseases such as poor eyesight,obesity,anaemia,malnutrition and dental caries seriously affected the health of students.We should strengthen the prevention and treatment of common diseases and promote the physical and mental health development of primary and middle school students.
