优质护理在消化内镜治疗胃肠息肉中的应用效果

Effect of high-quality nursing on gastrointestinal polyps treated by digestive endoscopy

目的探讨消化内镜治疗胃肠息肉中给予优质护理的临床应用效果。方法选取2019年1—12月廉江市人民医院收治的128例胃肠息肉患者为研究对象,按照奇偶数字分组法分为对照组和研究组各64例,对照组应用常规护理方法,研究组应用优质护理方法。比较两组的围术期指标及并发症发生率。结果研究组首次排气时间为(15.32±1.01)h、胃肠恢复蠕动时间为(7.49±1.38)h和首次排便时间为(29.31±1.71)h、VAS评分为(2.55±1.03)分,均低于对照组的(22.39±0.98)h、(13.38±1.69)h、(38.32±1.68)h及(5.22±1.38)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=40.190、21.596、30.068、12.404,P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为6.25%,低于对照组的18.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消化内镜治疗胃肠息肉中配合优质护理,有效缩短了排气、胃肠蠕动及排便的时间,减轻了患者的疼痛不适感,并降低了并发症发生率,具有较好的临床应用效果。

Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing methods in the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps by digestive endoscopy.Methods From January to December 2019,128 patients with gastrointestinal polyps treated in Lianjiang People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the odd-even number grouping method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 64 cases in each group.The control group applied routine nursing methods and the study group applied high-quality nursing methods.The perioperative indicators and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The first exhaust time was(15.32±1.01)h,gastrointestinal recovery time was(7.49±1.38)h,first defecation time was(29.31±1.71)h,and VAS score was(2.55±1.03)score in the study group,which were all lower than(22.39±0.98)h,(13.38±1.69)h,(38.32±1.68)h and(5.22±1.38)score in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complication in the study group was 6.25%,which was lower than 18.75%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=40.190、21.596、30.068、12.404,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps with digestive endoscopy,combined with high-quality nursing,it could effectively shorten the time of exhaust,gastrointestinal peristalsis and defecation,reduce the pain and discomfort of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications,which had a good clinical application effect.
