活血化瘀通络法辅助治疗腔隙性脑梗死临床观察

Clinical Observation of Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis for Dredging Collaterals Therapy in the Adjuvant Treatment of Lacunar Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨活血化瘀通络法辅助治疗腔隙性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月—2020年1月收治的腔隙性脑梗死患者119例作为研究对象,分为对照组(59例)和观察组(60例)。对照组采用常规西医治疗,在此基础上观察组采用活血化瘀通络法辅助治疗。对2组临床疗效、中医症状积分、神经功能缺损评分及不良反应发生率进行分析及比较。结果与对照组(83.05%)比较,观察组总有效率(95.00%)显著升高(P<0.05);治疗2周后观察组中医症状积分及NIHSS评分与对照组比较显著降低(P<0.05),观察组与对照组不良反应发生率(3.33%VS 10.17%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论活血化瘀通络法联合西药治疗腔隙性脑梗死能够提高治疗效果,降低中医证候积分,改善患者神经功能,同时不增加患者的不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals therapy in the auxiliary treatment of lacunar cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 119 patients with lacunar cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(n=59)and observation group(n=60).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and on this basis,the observation group was treated with promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and dredging collaterals method.The clinical effect,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,neurological deficit score and incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group(83.05%),the total effective rate(95.00%)of the observation group was significantly increased(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and NIHSS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(3.33%VS 10.17%)(P>0.05).Conclusion The activating blood,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals method combined with western medicine in the treatment of lacunar cerebral infarction can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the TCM syndrome score,improve the patient’s nerve function,and at the same time don’t increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
