史学教授治疗儿童恶性肿瘤用药经验的数据挖掘分析

Data Mining Analysis of Professor Shi Xue’s Experience in Treating Children’s Malignant Tumor

目的运用数据挖掘方法分析史学教授治疗儿童恶性肿瘤的用药经验。方法收集史学教授门诊治疗儿童恶性肿瘤的草药处方,录入Microsoft Excel及中医传承计算平台(V 3.0)。运用Apriori算法及关联规则对处方进行统计分析(支持度为70%,置信度≥80%);运用SPSS Statistics 26.0进行系统聚类分析。结果共录入341首处方,涉及20味中药,15味高频次药物为黄精、砂仁、谷芽、山楂、草豆蔻、稻芽、鸡内金、神曲、芦根、熟地黄、枸杞子、阿胶、地黄、炙黄芪、女贞子;处方用药多温、平,以辛味、甘味药居多,归经集中于脾、胃、肝、肾经,药物功效以补虚、消食为主,佐以化湿、清热、利水渗湿、止血、理气等,并提取出一个支持度为84.75%的频繁15项集以及新方4首。结论史学教授治疗儿童恶性肿瘤以调和脾胃、滋补肝肾为要,用药多甘温、甘平,避免苦寒之品,符合该类患儿术后、化疗后气血两虚、脾胃不和的证候。由内在关联聚类而成的4首新方,分别对应临床治疗的不同阶段,针对气血阴阳虚损的不同程度,同时体现了儿科特点,对临床儿童恶性肿瘤的中医辅助治疗提供参考。

Objective To analyze Professor Shi Xue’s experience in treating children malignant tumor diseases by data mining.Methods Herbal prescriptions for children malignant tumor in the outpatient department were collected,and recorded into Microsoft Excel and TCM Inheritance computing platform(V 3.0).Apriori algorithm and association rules were used for statistical analysis(support level was 70%,confidence level was≥80%).SPSS Statistics 26.0 was used for systematic cluster analysis.Results 341 prescriptions were recorded,and20 herbs were involved.15 High-frequency herbs:Radix Polygonum,Amomum kernel,Rice bud,Hawthorn,Carmeg,Rice bud,Root Root,Divine Comedy,Rugen Root,Rehmannia glutinosa,Lycium wolfberry,Donjiao,Rehmannia glutinosa,Radix Astragalus membranaceus and Fructus Ligasi.Property is mainly warm or mild,flavor is mainly pungent or sweet.Channel tropism concentrate in spleen,stomach,liver and kidney channels.Drug efficacy is mainly tonifying deficiency and promoting digestion,followed by resolving dampness,clearing heat,clearing damp and promoting diuresis,hemostasis and regulating qi.Conclusion For children malignant tumor,main treatment of Professor Shi Xue is to harmonize the spleen and stomach,nourish the liver and kidney,herb’s property and flavour are sweet and warm,or sweet and mild,avoiding bitter and cold,which is in line with the syndrome of deficiency of qi and blood,disharmony of spleen and stomach after surgery and chemotherapy.Four new prescriptions formed by internal correlation clustering correspond to different stages of clinical treatment,aiming at different degrees of deficiency of Qi,blood,Yin and Yang,and reflect the characteristics of pediatrics,providing reference for the TCM adjuvant treatment of children malignant tumor.
