中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症引起人体水分流失情况临床观察

Observation on Human Moisture Loss Caused by Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation in the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的探讨中药熏蒸对腰椎间盘突出症患者人体水分的影响。方法选取2020年6月—2020年7月在河南省洛阳正骨医院(河南省骨科医院)颈肩腰腿痛科熏蒸的腰椎间盘突出症的200例患者作为调查对象。采用Inboby 770人体成分分析仪测试熏蒸前后人体成分的变化,采用配对t检验分析熏蒸前后人体总水分、细胞内液、细胞外液、躯干水分、蛋白质、无机盐的差异。结果熏蒸后患者的身体总水分、细胞内液、细胞外液、躯干水分、蛋白质、无机盐较熏蒸前均有所下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论中药熏蒸会引起人体成分的变化,因此,医护人员对进行中药熏蒸的患者应做好健康宣教,预防不良反应的发生。此研究为中药熏蒸优质护理服务和实施预见性护理措施提供依据。

Objective To investigate the effect of human moisture loss caused by traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods A total of 200 patients with lumbar disc herniation fumigated in the department of neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain in Luoyang Orthopedic-Traumatological Hospital of Henan Province from June 2020 to July 2020 were selected as the objects of investigation.Inboby 770 body composition analyzer was used to test the change of human body composition before and after fumigation,and paired t-test was used to analyze the differences of total body moisture,intracellular fluid,extracellular fluid,trunk moisture,protein and inorganic salt before and after fumigation.Results The total body moisture,intracellular fluid,extracellular fluid,trunk water,protein and inorganic salt of patients after fumigation were significantly lower than those before fumigation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation can cause changes in human body components.Therefore,medical staff should do a good job in health education for patients who are fumigated with traditional Chinese medicine to prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions.This study provides a basis for high-quality nursing services of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and the implementation of predictive nursing measures.
