推拿骨盆牵引结合独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Tuina Pelvic Traction Combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的分析对腰椎间盘突出症患者采用推拿骨盆牵引结合独活寄生汤治疗的效果。方法选择88例2020年1月—2020年12月接受治疗的腰椎间盘突出症病患,通过电脑数字法分成2组,各44例。参照组病患施以推拿骨盆牵引治疗,结合组病患施以推拿骨盆牵引结合独活寄生汤治疗。观察比较各组间临床治疗效果。结果治疗前各组间中医证候评分、VAS评分和JOA评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后结合组中医证候评分和VAS评分较参照组低,JOA评分较参照组高,治疗总有效率(95.45%)较参照组(75.00%)高,组间差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出症患者采用推拿骨盆牵引结合独活寄生汤治疗效果明确,可有效缓解或消除病患临床症状,减轻其痛苦,有利于提升腰椎功能和临床治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of tuina pelvic traction combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 88 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by computer digital method,with 44 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with massage pelvic traction,and patients in the combined group were treated with massage pelvic traction combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction.The clinical treatment effect between each group was observed and compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,VAS and JOA among the groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and VAS in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,the JOA scores were higher than those in the control group,the total effective rate of the combined group was 95.45%which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Tuina pelvic traction combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation is clear,which can effectively alleviate or eliminate the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce their pain,improve the lumbar function and clinical treatment effect,and is worthy of clinical application.
