摘要
目的探究针刺联合精细化干预对闭角型青光眼继发视神经萎缩患者视功能及血流动力学的影响。方法将2019年8月—2020年9月收治的80例闭角型青光眼继发视神经萎缩患者分为对照组和观察组,各40例,分组方式为随机数字表法。对照组患者给予胞二磷胆碱联合常规护理治疗,观察组在此基础上给予针刺联合精细化护理干预治疗。2组均连续治疗8周。比较2组患者治疗后的临床疗效,治疗前后的视功能及血流动力学PSV、EDV、RI水平变化。结果观察组患者总有效率为92.5%,高于对照组的72.5%。治疗后观察组患者视力、光敏度、视野缺损及PSV、EDV水平均高于对照组,RI低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论针刺联合精细化护理可有效改善闭角型青光眼继发视神经萎缩患者的视神经外周血流,从而降低患者眼内压,提高视力水平,进而增加疗效,促进病情恢复。
Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with fine intervention on visual function and hemodynamics in patients with angle closure glaucoma secondary optic atrophy.Methods From August 2019 to September 2020,80 patients with secondary optic atrophy of angle closure glaucoma were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given citicoline combined with routine nursing treatment,and the observation group was given acupuncture combined with fine nursing intervention on this basis.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,visual function and hemodynamic changes of PSV,EDV and RI were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was92.5%,which was higher than 72.5%of the control group.After treatment,the visual acuity,photosensitivity,visual field defect,PSV and EDV levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and RI of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with fine nursing can effectively improve the peripheral blood flow of optic nerve in patients with angle closure glaucoma secondary to optic atrophy,so as to reduce intraocular pressure,improve the level of vision,increase the curative effect and promote the recovery of the disease.
