综合护理对肛肠手术后患者疼痛及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Pain and Sleep Quality of Patients after Anorectal Operation

目的探究综合护理对肛肠手术后患者疼痛及睡眠质量的影响。方法将100例接受肛肠外科手术的患者按随机数字表法分为2组(观察组和对照组),对照组予以常规药物和护理方式;观察组在对照组给药和护理方式基础上,加强对肛肠外科知识的宣讲,与患者多沟通,建立医患关系间的信任感,对患者进行心理疏导,并在手术前2 d综合给予布洛芬缓释胶囊(0.3 g/d),术后给予酸枣仁粉末(10 g/d),温水送服。比较2组患者术后疼痛评分、睡眠质量评分、术后回复情况(排气时间、肠鸣时间、首次排便时间及住院时间)和对护理满意度的调查。结果观察组患者术后疼痛评分、睡眠质量评分均显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05),观察组患者术后排气时间、肠鸣恢复时间、首次排便时间和住院时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可减轻肛肠外科手术患者术后疼痛,改善患者睡眠质量,能明显缩短病程,在日后的护理工作中值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing on pain and sleep quality of patients after anorectal surgery.Methods 100 cases of anorectal surgery patients were randomly divided into two groups(observation group and control group).The control group was given conventional drugs and nursing methods.The observation group on the basis of drug administration and nursing methods,strengthen the propaganda of anorectal surgery knowledge,communicate with patients,establish a sense of trust between doctors and patients,and provide psychological counseling for patients ibuprofen sustained release capsule(0.3 g/d)was given 2 days before operation.The postoperative pain score,sleep quality score,postoperative recovery(exhaust time,bowel sounds time,first defecation time and hospitalization time)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative pain score and sleep quality score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the postoperative exhaust time,bowel sounds recovery time,first defecation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can reduce postoperative pain,improve sleep quality and shorten the course of disease,which is worthy of promotion in future nursing work.
